Q: What are the fees for your services?

A: 99% of our customers are on contingency fee base, which means if we are unable to reduce your taxes, there is no fee. Our typical contingency fees are 30% of tax savings for commercial properties, 50% for residential properties, and 50% for vacant lands.


Q: Are there any other fee?

A: There is a one-time setup fee of $10 per new client (does not matter one account or many accounts).  The fee is also charged if your contract is no longer active and you would like to return to our company for property tax reduction services.  To avoid multiple setup fee charges, we recommend an automatic renewal contract (multi-year contract) when signing up with us to avoid the contract becoming inactive.


Q: If I no longer need your service, what do I need to do?  Is there any cancellation fee?

A:For any reason, you do not want Ad Valorem Tax Management as your agent anymore, please just let us know and we will inactive your contract.  The best way is to sent us an email at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  or call us at (713) 977-4197.  There is absolutely no cancellation fee; however, if work has already been completed, you would be liable for the service fee for that year in which work was performed.  If you cancel and want to return to us in a later year(s), there will be a $10 setup fee.
